Symposium 2009 will be held April 26 – 30, 2009 at the beautiful Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk. Make your budget plans now. Join your peers for the industry’s only focused form systems training.
BFMA’s Board has approved a special discount for Symposium attendees who register early. Register before December 31, 2008 and save $100 off the full registration price. That’s $1,089 for BFMA members. You can also save an additional $100 each if two or more people from the same company register. Those who register early will be guaranteed first choice of educational sessions. Room rates will be $169 (plus local taxes) for single or double occupancy.
Full registration includes your choice of educational sessions (five tracks daily), the table top exhibits, a CD of conference proceedings, lunches Monday through Thursday, the Sunday evening welcoming reception, Monday morning opening breakfast, and the Tuesday evening President’s banquet.
The program council is finalizing the educational agenda. There are new speakers with new sessions every day of the conference. In addition to Industry Groups, there is a new feature for Peer-to-Peer Networking where you can meet others with your similar job responsibilities.
